This program includes Muscular Strength and Range of Motion (MSROM) & Yoga Stretch Classes. MSROM are free to members and Silver Sneaker members. Yoga is free to Silver Sneaker members,$2 for members, $3 for non-members per session.
There is a group of Crafter that come in on Sunday between 2pm u til 6pm
The Crafter come in and crochet ,knitt and Tobe with ea h other for the day

We are having a Bake Potato Bar . with Assorted topping and sald & desserts on January 24 from 1pm to 4pm
They come in to crochet and knitt and enjoy each otherr,they talk about crocheting ,different patterns
