Join woodcarvers from around the region. This group has been meeting at the Inman for over 20 years, and always welcome new people!
This program includes Muscular Strength and Range of Motion (MSROM) & Yoga Stretch Classes. MSROM are free to members and Silver Sneaker members. Yoga is free to Silver Sneaker members,$2 for members, $3 for non-members per session.
There is a group of Crafter that come in on Sunday between 2pm u til 6pm
The Crafter come in and crochet ,knitt and Tobe with ea h other for the day
